This section has on the south side a small plot of pine trees and  on the other side green lawn. There was a lot of  (old) litter inbetween the pine cones and needles. Some of the litter might have been there for 10 - 20 years? These pine trees stand on a dry and sandy ground slowing the time to degrade.

Found on the road a straw. Time to degrade  probably very long if it remains on the cement road.

 Found under pine trees a piece of plastic. Time to degrade 100 years?

Found under pine trees a candy wrapper. Time to degrade 1 year?

Found under pine trees a piece of paper. Time to degrade 4 years.

Found under pine trees a piece of toilet paper. Time to degrade 4-5 months?

Found under the pine trees an aluminum lid. Time to degrade never.

Found on the side of the road a piece of plastic. Time to degrade 20 years or more ?

Found at the side of the road a plastic lid. Time to degrade 10-20 years..
